Thank you for visiting my website and taking the time to explore my art.
Photography is my passion, and storytelling is at the heart of everything I create. My work is about capturing moments that evoke emotion and imagination, with my most recent focus exploring the ethereal beauty of the underwater world.
This journey began unexpectedly when I severed my ACL in a shore break accident. Unable to move easily on land, I was drawn into the ocean in a new way. Bringing my on-land photography skills beneath the surface. What began as adaptation quickly became transformation. Underwater, I found stillness, healing, and a new creative language that continues to shape my work today.
By blending underwater photography with fine-art digital painting, I create dreamlike pieces that reflect the grace, strength, and mystique of life beneath the surface. Inspired by Hawaiian culture, goddesses, and mermaids.
Much of my goddess work is deeply personal. I often work with women who find me during moments of transition, when they are tired, worn down, or in need of validation. These goddesses are not characters; they are reflections. My intention is to remind each woman of her strength, her worth, and how beautiful she already is.
Beyond the ocean, my travel photography is transformed into fine art, offering unique perspectives shaped by my journeys around the world. Maui, my home, is a constant source of inspiration, and my island-inspired work reflects the magic, light, and spirit of this place. Through my travels, I aim to capture not just landscapes and cultures, but the feeling they leave behind.
My work has been honored internationally. I received 1st Place at the Spiritual Art Awards three years in a row 2019, 2020, 2021. Most recently, I was awarded 2nd Place at the Ocean Art 2025, an internationally recognized underwater photographic competition, for my piece Goddess of the Night.
I hope you enjoy exploring my work and that it evokes emotion, inspiration, and a sense of connection—both to the ocean and to yourself.
